Salvation Army Angel TreeThe Salvation Army's Angel Tree Program provides new clothing and/or toys for children. Each year Highland's Benevolence Committee leads our church to participate in the Salvation Army Angel Tree program.  The Salvation Army provides the names of families with children in need of Christmas presents and we ask our members to sign out a name and provide that gift.  We also collect non-perishable food items so that we can provide a food basket to the family.

2011 ANGEL TREE
Look for an Angel on Nov. 20th.  Each year the Salvation Army works tirelessly to make sure every child in Shelby County has a Christmas gift to open.  In support of this work, Highland is an Angel Tree site.  The Angel tree will be up in Highland Central on Sunday Nov. 20th.  Please stop by and choose a child who needs someone to help provide them with a Christmas gift.   (Gifts must be returned to the church by Sunday, December 18th).  Contact Hazel for additional information.
