Our Deacon's have a responsiblity of ministering to families within the church as described in Acts 6:1-5 and meeting the qualifications given in I-Timothy 3:8-13. We support a Deacon Gift Based Ministry Plan to ensure that families within Highland Baptist Church have necessary pastoral care.  This plan consists of three primary groups to effectively minister to the needs of the congregation.
