The Prayer Shawl Ministry gives attention to prayer and the ministry of His Word in creating and giving a shawl or other item as a reminder of God’s love to someone experiencing a time of trial or blessing.
The prayers are continuous as the yarn is purchased, as the item is being knitted or crocheted, prior to delivery and with the recipients as well as uplifting the volunteers, past and future recipients by name.
Anyone can participate by knitting, crocheting, contributing materials or praying. We meet at the church on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 9:00am to 10:30am.
